What Does My First Session Look Like?

Arrival

Make the most of every minute by arriving 10 mins early to get prepared and find a spot on the gym floor.

Warm up

All sessions start with a warm up and explanation of the workout of the day. This ensures your body is ready to go and you know exactly what to do during your class. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to ask one of the team.

Your Workout

Your workout will consist of lifting weights to help strengthen your body and cardiovascular exercises to help improve heart health and overall fitness. Your coach will be there every step of the way ensuring that you are safe and performing the exercises correctly.

High Fives and Debrief

All sessions end with high fives and a few minutes left over to talk to one of the coaches if needed.

Do I have to be fit to be able to join MH Studio?

Absolutely not! Our members vary in age and fitness levels. Everyone’s journey begins somewhere, and we celebrate that! Our experienced personal trainers will customise your programme, ensuring you work towards your goals at a pace that is safe and effective for you.

What happends once I have completed the 28-day trial?

At the end of your trial, we’re excited to offer you three different membership options tailored to fit your preferences and goals. Each membership comes with an initial 3-month commitment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your fitness journey with the flexibility of monthly billing. We believe this approach provides the best opportunity for you to continue making progress and enjoying all the benefits our community has to offer.

I’m unfit and have never done a weights class before. Will the classes be too hard for me?

Not at all! Our class format is designed to accommodate all abilities, fitness levels, and strengths within the same session. Our expert coaches are dedicated to ensuring that you are  working at a level that's right for you, providing the support you need to succeed.

How long is each class?

All classes at MH Studio are 50 minutes in duration. This includes a warm up and cool down component.
