Matt
Hi, I’m Matt, the founder of MH Studio.
I bring over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including hosting fitness seminars on luxury cruise liners and working as a personal trainer at the prestigious Equinox health club in London.
My philosophy is simple: exercise and healthy eating should fit naturally into your life, becoming a non-negotiable part of who you are.
I started MH Studio to give my clients an exclusive, supportive space where they can train with confidence and achieve lasting results.
Kyo
Hi I’m Kyo, a certified Personal Trainer specialising in Strength Training and Functional Fitness.
I’ve always aimed to live a relatively active and healthy lifestyle but my true passion for fitness really sparked when I participated in eight weeks of intense training in preparation for a white collar boxing charity event. By the end of the eight weeks I was faster, fitter and stronger than I’d ever been. I was addicted to the amazing feeling I got after each grueling workout and wanted to share it with others. So, I gave up my job in retail and decided to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry.
Now, my main aim is to coach others in the importance of maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle and hopefully spark a few passions for fitness along the way.
Tommy
Hi, I’m Tommy,
I have always been fascinated by the human body and how it functions. My passion for understanding it grew through my experiences in sports and fitness, particularly after overcoming injuries from football and weightlifting.
With a BSc in Sports & Exercise Therapy, I am dedicated to helping people not only recover from pain but also improve their performance to achieve their personal goals.
Emma
Hi, I’m Emma and I am a Personal Trainer at MH Studio.
I started off as an Athletics Coach 20 years ago while competing in the 400 meters myself. While progressing in my sport, I went on to complete a Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition, before completing my Personal Training qualification 10 years ago.
Exercise is a huge part of my life for both mind and body. I also try to be a positive role model for my two children in regards to having a healthy lifestyle. We see exercise as a tool to be fitter, stronger, and to learn new skills while having fun. Resilience and discipline are great attributes to have, and by training hard, it makes everything else easier.
I love watching others progress in their fitness journey and turn their lives around. There’s nothing better than investing in yourself. It’s never too late!
Jane
Hi, I’m Jane,
From a young age, I always loved being active, which led me to the gym whenever I could to fulfill my desire to be fitter. In truth, exercise was my escape, my happy place where I could focus on me.
I qualified as a fitness instructor straight after leaving school, teaching classes at university and while I worked my corporate job. Sitting at a desk working very long hours in a highly stressful, demanding job, I realised that my health was taking a hit and the working environment was not sustainable. I shifted career paths to focus purely on doing what I absolutely love – coaching others.
I believe that your health is your wealth and that physical mastery helps to support mental well-being.
