All classes at MH Studio are 50 minutes in duration. This includes a warm up and cool down component.
Before each session, our class coach checks in with everyone to see if there are any injuries or conditions that might affect your participation. If there are, the coach will happily provide alternative exercises that work for you, ensuring you still get a great workout while staying safe.
A water bottle and a small sweat towel are essentials. Aside from that, a positive attitude and a smile always help!
Feel free to wear any sports or exercise clothing that allows you to move comfortably. We suggest wearing supportive training shoes and layering your tops to start. This way, you can stay warm at first and easily remove layers as you warm up and start to sweat.

We utilise an InBody machine, one of the leading industry tools, to track your progress. During your onboarding, you will receive a detailed blueprint of your body, outlining your starting point. Every 3 to 4 weeks, you will recieve another scan to monitor your progress. Based on these results, we’ll provide adjustments and changes to your plan as needed.
Absolutely! Staying on track is essential for the success of your programme and progress. By checking in with you between sessions, our coaches will support you in managing food, stress, and any other challenges you may encounter. Together, as a team, they will help you build habits that enable you to achieve your goals.
