1-2-1 CONSULTATION

This is where everyone of our members starts. We sit down with you and put together the plan of attack for your individual goals.

ACCESS TO OUR FULL RANGE OF GROUP TRAINING WORKOUTS

Our new group training membership now includes three types of session to enable you to tailor your schedule to fit your goal. During your trial you have access to up to 16 workouts within the 30 days. This gives you the perfect opportunity to see whether MH Studio is right for you.

ACCOUNTABILITY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

All of our members have access to our MH personalised fitness app where you have direct communication to a coach at any point of your journey. If you have any questions or need any help with anything simply send a message through the app and one of our coaches will be in touch to help you.

PROGRESS CHECKING

At MH Studio we pride ourselves on the amazing results we get with our members. Progress checks play an essential role when trying to achieve a goal. During the initial consultation we educate you on how to monitor and track your progress. By collecting data we can monitor your results and make any necessary changes to your programme at any stage of your fitness journey.

The Initial phone call is to find out more about you.
What your goals are?
What it is you want to achieve?
Whats your time frame for these goals?
We also need to find out if you have any injuries and what your medical history is. Once we have this information our expert coaches will then know whether group training or 1-2-1 training is better suited for you.

STEP 3

Come in to the studio for your onboarding session. During this session we will sign you up to our 30 day trial. In this 1 hour consultation with one of the MH coaches we will set some individual goals and advise on how to make the most out of your 30 day trial.

STEP 4

Start booking your sessions on our MH Studio booking app. We have over 25 group training times available to chose from, so as soon as you’ve signed up for your trial you can then book on to what works for you current schedule with the flexibility of changing your times whenever you need to.
